  • The finished works are for personal use only

  • We will send you a sketch of how generally the design would look like

  • Down payment 25% of the total price) must be conducted after we sent our final sketch that both parties agreed on to proceed

  • After the above point, we will send you updates to look for revisions

  • If you wish to do major revisions, there will be additional fee

  • We offer 2x sketch revision and 2x render revisions

  • Overseas client please DM us for payment method (PayPal)

  • We will ask for your permission to share the finished works on our X profile as our portfolio, with the benefit of getting free promotion

  • We will start the designs if all the requirements are met and clients will be served according to the queue

  • We do not offer any refunds after down payment and beyond
